Customers and Architects exchanged, grasped information and made design plans including perspective and layout plans presented on A4 paper size.
The design time of the preliminary layout plan will be conducted from 3-7 days depending on the level of the project.
Customers will together with the Architect to amend the plan up to 3 times to give the final plan and start signing the contract.
Please provide legal documents about the land or house such as pink book photo, current measurement sheet (if any), permission drawing (if any), geological survey if it is a high building. 4 floors.
Please refrain from modifying the plan once you have agreed to approve it to avoid future design fees.

After agreeing on the plan, the two sides will sign a design contract to implement the plan, please sign the plan confirmation in the plan design file as a basis for the initial confirmation.
Design contract is a general form of the company, please do not edit the content, you should read carefully and calculate carefully before signing the contract.

Design records are deployed from 10 to 20 days depending on the workload.
After deploying, the company will give customers a set of A3 documents (without signature) for customers to refer and give suggestions for editing design details within 2 ÷ 5 days.
Architectural design details will be completed and edited up to 2 times, so please review the file carefully and try to include all comments for editing up to 2 times, to avoid repeated adjustments. track down subjective change of customers. From the 3rd onwards, the company will charge 10% of the total value of the Design Contract for each detail modification (if not due to errors from the company).

The final completed dossier will be printed with 2 sets of A3-stamped, signed and legally responsible copies delivered to customers, in addition to a set of A3 photo signed by the customer that will be kept by the company at office. Please check the records at the company carefully and sign the handover minutes to facilitate payment procedures.
Note that the dimensions and designs in the design dossier may have to be modified to suit the actual construction situation.
The design contract is divided into 3 payment phases equivalent to 3 design phases and clearly stated in the design contract.
Please pay at the time of handing over the file, corresponding to each period at the Company or the handover officer at home.
In case the customer wants to make a late payment (no more than 3 days) from the date of handing over the file, please sign the handover and confirmation of payment time.
In each completed dossier, there is a comment letter.
